Job Overview

As a member of the Magna5 remote team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' technology needs, ensuring robust security, compliance readiness, and seamless IT operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive technology solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote support and management for IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity measures to protect client data.
Assist clients with IT consulting, compliance readiness, and security best practices.
Respond to incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve service requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with managed IT services and cloud hosting platforms.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and threat mitigation.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
