Deel is a global people platform that simplifies hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance management for global workforces. The Payroll Compliance Analyst will collaborate with Product Specialists to ensure compliance with country-specific payroll requirements and educate the Product team on legislation. This role involves developing and maintaining legislative specifications for reports and integrations, upskilling the Product team on new in-country requirements, and ensuring ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists on country-specific payroll compliance requirements
  • Educate Product team on legislation and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of payroll experience in Switzerland
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and policies
  • Swissdec certification (advantage)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in multiple country jurisdictions (advantage)
  • Experience with multi-region Payroll Solution (advantage)
