We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for our recipe systems. This role will focus on enhancing assortment coverage, recipe creation, taxonomy, tagging, and dynamic recipe generation while overseeing the internal tooling that supports our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for recipe systems.
Oversee the development of internal tooling for recipe management.
Leverage key performance indicators to assess recipe performance.
Collaborate with Culinary, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics teams.
Define requirements, drive prioritization, and deliver platform improvements.
Lead the development of coverage analysis frameworks.
Establish and evolve recipe taxonomy and tagging standards.
Identify structural inefficiencies in recipe workflows and tooling.
Facilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders.
Integrate AI-driven capabilities into recipe development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of Product Management experience.
3+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
Strong systems thinking and ability to structure complex content.
Proven ability to use data for prioritization and product improvements.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
Experience with taxonomy design or AI-assisted content generation is a plus.
