Remote Brand Motion Designer

Kit is seeking a creative and skilled Brand Motion Designer to join our remote team. As part of our mission to empower creators with an email-first operating system, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and motion design of our brand. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity with no geographical restrictions—work from anywhere while helping creators build successful businesses.

Job Overview

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling motion graphics and branding assets.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital channels.
• Translate brand vision into engaging video, animation, and interactive content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate brand assets for digital platforms, including web, email, and social media.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and motion across all brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to execute design concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Adapt and optimize motion graphics for a variety of formats and audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion design, preferably for digital brands.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Solid understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
