Inside Out Group is seeking talented remote professionals to join our dynamic team. As a leading video production company with over 15 years of experience, we deliver high-end media solutions—including time lapse filming, drone filming, photography, and animation—for clients in rail, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Our creative and technical experts work collaboratively to produce innovative content that showcases our clients’ projects with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute video, time lapse, and drone shoots remotely in coordination with onsite teams.
Edit and assemble video footage, photographs, and animations to create engaging content.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
Maintain high standards of visual quality and technical precision in all deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends and integrate new techniques into productions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in video production, editing, or animation.
Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of time lapse and drone filming techniques.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
