Workday Integrations Product Manager

This remote Workday Integrations Product Manager role is ideal for an experienced HR technology professional seeking to design, implement, and maintain advanced Workday integrations. As a lead technical resource, you will oversee integration projects, collaborate across teams, and ensure optimal performance of HR systems to drive business value. Key Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and deliver Workday HR technology solutions with high value and scalability.
• Manage custom Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and related tools.
• Oversee global HR systems projects, ensuring ease of use and continuous improvement.
• Serve as subject matter expert and internal consultant for HR tools and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT, business partners, vendors, and HR functions to drive effective solutions.
• Define and manage tool release strategies and integration roadmaps.
• Provide leadership in training, testing, governance, and support for HR system tools.
• Monitor system integrations, conduct integration testing, and resolve tool-related issues.
• Champion best practices for collaboration, customer focus, and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience); field related to HR technology preferred.
• 8-11 years of relevant experience in HR systems, Workday integrations, or similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and integration architecture.
• Workday Integrations Pro Certification and PMP® preferred.
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex technical projects in a remote setting.
