Job Overview

• Support system operations and software engineering teams to maintain highly reliable and scalable environments.
• Collaborate with site reliability and software engineers to design, deploy, and manage software deliverables.
• Automate operational tasks for improved reliability and efficiency.
• Develop skills in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and execution alongside Site Reliability Engineers.
• Support infrastructure provisioning, access control, and configuration updates.
• Perform operational tasks and minor infrastructure changes under guidance.
• Apply software engineering best practices to system administration.
• Automate processes to enhance system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• 1+ year in a cloud-based infrastructure role with automation experience.
• 1+ year in a DevOps role, including scripting and automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and SDLC tools (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (Python, Go, Scala).
• Passion for building reliable, sustainable, and scalable systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
