Schwartz Media Strategies is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design and optimize CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules
Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems
Perform data migration and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
Proficiency in Power Platform and Power Automate
Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services
Microsoft certifications preferred
