As a Senior Recruiter, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for remote executive assistants across Latin America, utilizing modern sourcing tools, building efficient systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Job Overview
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive assistant roles, focusing on talent in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.
  • Develop and refine recruitment systems to build a scalable talent pipeline.
  • Leverage sourcing and automation tools to attract high-quality remote candidates.
  • Contribute to FreedUp's mission of minimizing operational friction for clients worldwide.
  • Work remotely with a collaborative, supportive team and enjoy flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, engage, and evaluate top executive assistant candidates across Latin America.
  • Manage inbound applications and directly headhunt passive candidates using outreach tools.
  • Own the entire recruitment funnel, from sourcing to recommendation and onboarding.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes, leveraging AI and automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with founders and team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups or agencies.
  • Proven track record headhunting remote executive assistants or operations talent in Latin America.
  • Proficiency with sourcing and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, PhantomBuster, Gem).
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) and automation for workflow optimization.
  • Systems-builder mindset with a focus on process improvement and scalability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent English (C2 proficiency); Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approach to recruiting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eligible for performance bonuses, paid time off, and HMO after 3 months.
