Polly English, a Singapore-based online English teaching company, is seeking enthusiastic and qualified ESL teachers to join our growing team. Our students are aged 3 to 18 and primarily located in Asia. Job Overview

Teach English online to children and teenagers (ages 3–18) in the Asian market.
Flexible scheduling with opportunities to maximize earnings during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons online to young learners.
Prepare lesson materials and tailor sessions to students’ ages and proficiency levels.
Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional virtual classroom environment.
Provide feedback and support to help students improve their English skills.
Participate in training sessions and follow company teaching guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or English-related fields preferred).
ESL teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) preferred.
Experience in online teaching is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online teaching platforms.
