Job Overview

As a Lead Front End Software Developer, you will architect and develop high-quality software, lead and mentor development teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver robust, efficient, and innovative solutions. You'll work in an agile, test-driven environment, ensuring code quality and system reliability while staying current with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving project success and innovation.
Automate and streamline development processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
Review, debug, validate, and test code to ensure high software quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance product performance.
Document development phases and monitor system health.
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, and Node.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with deep understanding of its design patterns and best practices.
Prior experience leading development projects or teams.
Expertise in test-driven development using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, or Protractor.
Proficiency with Git version control in production environments.
Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and browser technologies.
Familiarity with agile and lean development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and teams.
Eligible to work remotely within the United States during standard business hours.
