DevSavant is seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting innovative B2B SaaS solutions. As a key quality advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and excellence of web-based products for our American market clients. Working with talented professionals across Latin America, you will help design and evolve our QA processes while contributing to both manual and automated testing efforts in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary QA point of contact for multiple products.
Plan, create, and document comprehensive test plans and cases.
Contribute to and review code within existing automation frameworks.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate product risks.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues.
Execute black box testing on web-based applications.
Verify implemented patches and bug fixes.
Assist in scheduling, timeline estimation, and milestone planning.
Generate detailed issue reports and track defects.
Continuously contribute to the evolution of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Extensive hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for automation.
Strong background in API testing and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with web application testing and browser compatibility.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience in creating detailed test cases and documentation with or without specifications.
Knowledge of issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
Performance and/or security testing experience is a plus.
