Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals passionate about AI, legal technology, and software development. You will help develop and refine tools that empower legal teams to draft, review, and manage contracts efficiently while upholding industry standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI-powered features for contract drafting and review.
Integrate Spellbook tools with external platforms such as Microsoft Word.
Collaborate with legal and technical teams to identify user needs and improve user experience.
Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all solutions.
Support continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML technologies (e.g., GPT-4, LLMs)
Proficiency in software development (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Familiarity with Microsoft Word integration and Office Add-ins
Understanding of legal workflows and contract management
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Background in legal tech or SaaS products is a plus
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment
