As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to restaurant clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent phone, Google Meet, and email support to restaurant clients, including coverage for west coast hours and occasional weekends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to MarginEdge’s software platform and restaurant operations.
  • Follow up with customers, providing timely updates on inquiries requiring extended resolution.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on new software features and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and improve support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency with customer support tools and point of sale systems.
  • Firsthand knowledge of the restaurant industry or hospitality management experience.
  • Strong understanding of MarginEdge’s software and restaurant management applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience reviewing financial reports.
  • Passion for customer service and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage internal workflows and adhere to company policies.
  • Experience in account management or supporting small businesses is a plus.
