Job Overview
  • Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote, Full-Time)
  • Contract Duration: Until October 2025
  • Schedule: Shifting/rotating, including weekends (EST time zone)
  • Compensation: USD 3.75 per hour
  • Global outsourcing company with clients in healthcare, real estate, finance, IT, retail, and telecommunications
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via voice, email, voicemail, social media, and e-fax
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and resolve escalated cases with empathy and professionalism
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
  • Upsell relevant products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent, conversational, and natural English proficiency
  • Minimum 1 year of contact center or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to handle escalations and upselling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shifting schedules
