Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote, Full-Time)
Contract Duration: Until October 2025
Schedule: Shifting/rotating, including weekends (EST time zone)
Compensation: USD 3.75 per hour
Global outsourcing company with clients in healthcare, real estate, finance, IT, retail, and telecommunications

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via voice, email, voicemail, social media, and e-fax
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Manage and resolve escalated cases with empathy and professionalism
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
Upsell relevant products or services when appropriate
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent, conversational, and natural English proficiency
Minimum 1 year of contact center or customer service experience
Proven ability to handle escalations and upselling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shifting schedules
