Job Overview
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close, handing off to Customer Success post-sale.
  • Promote and demonstrate Suzy’s AI-powered insight products to enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, partner channels, and industry events.
  • Represent Suzy at conferences and contribute to thought leadership content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline generation and qualification to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Lead discovery and solution mapping to align client business challenges with Suzy’s capabilities.
  • Manage and forecast complex, multi-stakeholder deals using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
  • Address objections, negotiate contracts, and clearly articulate the ROI of AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or research-tech enterprise sales experience with a record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven success selling to Consumer Insights, Brand, or Marketing leaders; market research background a plus.
  • Expertise in explaining AI/ML or analytics benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Consultative, insight-driven sales approach with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and thought leadership abilities.
